7. Order price and validity:
The contract price for your order is the price displayed on the website at the time the order is placed and this price will remain valid until the order is despatched. The displayed price includes the cost of delivery to you, as no separate charge is made for postage and packing, and it also includes any taxes that are applicable. Vortex Health & Beauty Ltd has the right at any time to revise the prices of products without notice. Such price revisions will not affect orders already placed, but will apply to all orders received thereafter.

12. Cancellation of orders:

You must then return the goods to us at your cost and your risk or alternatively make them available for us to collect, although in the event of us having to collect the goods the collection charges incurred will be charged to you. The goods must be returned to us or made available for collection within 14 days of the date of your cancellation or the right to cancel will be null and void. The goods must also be received back in good condition and you must not have opened them or broken the safety seal.
